The ingredients you’ll need:

Rub

2 tablespoons paprika
3 teaspoons whole black peppercorns
2 teaspoon coriander seeds
2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 tablespoons kosher salt
1/3 cup spicy brown mustard

Sauce

4 cups ketchup
1 cup water
2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne

 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over a low heat. Stirring
occasionally and simmer for 20 minutes. Sauce should be thin, but not
watery.
